Steve Sodolski

A Licensed Real Estate Broker and Client Care Director with the Cindi Sodolski Group .and Compass in Chicago, Steve has thirty years of experience in the Institutional Bond Market, performing both Sales and Trading. With an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Steve developed a national book of Institutional clients including Mutual Funds, Money Managers, Hedge Funds and Insurance Companies. Steve negotiated multi-million dollar transactions by building rapport and trust with his customers and then identifying valuable trades within the markets. Most importantly, much of his business consisted of pooled and structured residential and commercial mortgages. Steve brings the same professionalism and customer-centric approach to the Real Estate Market. Steve and Cindi have been married and living in Chicago for over thirty years. They have four children, including triplets, and raised them in Lincoln Park and North Center.
