About Steve

I grew up in North Jersey and attended Don Bosco Prep High School. Straight out of high school, I moved to South Florida where I purchased my first commercial real estate property at just 19 years old while attending Nova Southeastern University, where I majored in Business Administration. I continued my education through various classes and certificate programs at New York University, Cornell University, and Harvard University.

Wanting to pursue my real estate ambitions, I returned to New Jersey where I rediscovered Cape May County and purchased my first hotel property in 2001. Today, I’m the proud owner of six other businesses totaling 182 units. I currently reside full-time in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with my wife and three daughters. Our oldest is a student at Cornell University, our middle daughter is at Middlebury College, and our youngest is in high school at the Agnes Irwin School. I split my time between Pennsylvania and Stone Harbor, and when I’m not working, you can find me on the tennis courts. We love to travel as a family and ski in Deer Valley, Utah, where we also maintain investment property.

As a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience, I have had the privilege of witnessing the evolution of our community and the ever-changing real estate landscape. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to not only serving my clients with the utmost expertise and care but also actively contributing to the betterment of our neighborhood.
