About Stephen


A native of Ireland, Stephen relocated to Orange County in 2004. A strong negotiator, Stephen prides himself on delivering the highest standards. His skill sets have been crafted through his work with extremely creative and successful individuals.

In 2014 Stephen was appointed President of a private investment fund focused on property development in Central America. Stephen negotiated the purchase of several properties which he later developed as luxury Villas. The skill sets of managing a successful development company deliver him a strong ability to represent real estate sellers and buyers in achieving their desired goal.

Stephen still plays an active role in the development and management of projects in Costa Rica but with a growing family he has focused his services on his home of Coastal Orange County.

Prior to his career in real estate Stephen held a position as an executive assistant working on several major motion pictures with studios such as Marvel, Universal, Warner Brothers and Disney. This experience forged his abilities to work in highly detailed and time sensitive projects and delivered results to professionals at the very highest level of the motion picture industry.

His belief that a deal can always be achieved makes him a superb candidate as your agent.
