Residential experience in the sale of homes, condominiums and residental investment property. Specialist in the sale of owner occupied multi unit buildings Represented developers in the conversion, marketing and sales of residential investment property converted to condominiums. 

Top Producer awards include President's Elite '98, '99, '00, '03, International President's Elite '97, International President's Circle '95 and '92, '01, '02, '04, '05 and Leading Edge '94 and '96.

Steve is a member of the Harvard Club, Club West, the Investment Property Marketing Group, the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and St. John's Church.

Steve is married to Dr. Shannon S. Parr, graduate of UCSF Dental School and Director of the Dental Residency Program at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto.  He has three children, Nicholas, Kathleen and Eva (ages 27, 25 and 19). Nicholas is an honors graduate of UCLA where he earned an academic All America Water Polo honors.  Katie is an honors graduate of UCSB where she was an academic ALL American Water Polo athlete and captain of the team. Eva is a senior at the University of Southern California in the BFA for acting program.
