About Steven

Steve Ciapi has been helping Houstonians buy and sell their homes for so long, it's hard to remember what he did before real estate! But even when he wasn't an agent, he had his toe in the real estate pool; as the 12-year owner of a contractor business, and buying and selling real estate as investor – something he is still passionate about. When Steve earned his real estate license in 2000, his background led him naturally to work with renovators and builders. Since then, he has become active in all aspects of real estate sales; servicing builders, first time buyers, sellers, investors and relocation needs.
