"Steve exceeded our expectations on the listing and sale of our home! We were just moving across town to be closer to our grandchildren. I was concerned about listing our home just after getting our COVID vaccines. We were worried about prospective buyers coming through our home when I had health concerns. About Steven

As a 38-year resident of Central Florida, Principal / Real Estate Adviser Steve Luppert brings honesty, hard work, and unmatched personalized service to clients and associates. He combines his local knowledge of area markets with an emphasis on delivering efficient and effective results. With a passion for helping and assisting others, he ensures to meet the direct needs and objectives of buyers, sellers, and investors evaluating residential, commercial, multi-family, and land sales and purchases. Most recent accolades have included being named as one of the ‘Top 20 Under 40’ REALTORS® by the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association in 2019 and as a top agent and ‘Real Estate All Star’ by Orlando Magazine in 2020, 2021, 2022. and 2024. Most recently, Steve was named a Top 1000 Real Producer for Orlando in 2024 and finished in the top 3% out of 26,000k agents in sales volume.

Steve received his BA from Stetson University’s School of Business in 2004 while representing the ‘Hatters’ as a division one soccer student-athlete. He was then awarded a graduate fellowship through the Florida House of Representatives where he worked in state government and completed his Master's degree in Public Administration from Florida State University. His prior professional experiences include working in public service as an administrative educator, successful stints in community and public affairs, and work as an accomplished legislative and governmental consultant.

As someone who takes pride in serving his community, Steven has dedicated time to Habitat for Humanity, faith-based organizations, and Homeowner Association Boards. He also ensures to stay connected to communities and small businesses through involvement in local Chamber of Commerce chapters. He is an active member of the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association where he currently resides in Maitland, Florida with his wife Dr. Marianne Janosco, a veterinarian associate at Markham Woods Animal Hospital. They are loving and proud parents of daughters, Adalynn, Aubree, and twins Brynn and Joseph. They also have adopted/rescue pets in a dog Faith, and a cat Flynn Rider.
