About Steven
Steve joined Compass Commercial as an Associate Broker and Vice President in the spring of 2022. Mr. Reichman’s focus is on the leasing and sales of office, medical office, retail and industrial properties. Steve has recently represented tenants in the medical, telecommunications and logistics industries. In addition, he has over 25 years’ experience in management consulting, healthcare administration and enterprise management. These business experiences provide Mr. Reichman with unique insight into his clients’ requirements.
As a result of Steve’s varied experience, he has been able to successfully complete assignments in both the manufacturing and service sectors assisting varied clients such as medical providers, law and accounting firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers, construction firms and social service providers.
In addition to his varied transactional experience, Steve has managed over half a million square feet of industrial and office properties on Long Island and in New Jersey. He has been a principal in several healthcare companies. These companies focused on closed door pharmacy, durable medical equipment, wholesale distribution, manufacturing and export management. Steve’s earlier experience was as a management consultant in a multi-national firm working with Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Reichman holds a CCIM designation; Certified Commercial Investment Member. The CCIM designation remains the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis, and demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
