About Steven
One of Aspen's most successful real estate brokers, Steven Shane is consistently ranked in the top 3 brokers in Aspen. In 2019, the Wall Street Journal ranked Shane 18th in the country by sales volume. Shane closed $336M in 2021. 

Since moving to the region 27 years ago, he has leveraged his expertise integrity to grow his personal client base established Shane Aspen Real Estate, which quickly climbed to the highest-producing, independent brokerage. Heeding his community's need for committed, knowledgeable brokers, Shane built his business on creativity, industriousness, business acumen.
