After 25 years in the business, “Relationships first” is only the motto of Realtor Stevie Chaddick, but also her unique approach to buying and selling homes. As a fourth-generation Dallasite, she moved to Highland Park at age 5 from their ranch in Richardson; currently encompassing all of Canyon Creek Estates. Having lived here her whole life, she has deep roots in the community and is the person to go to when you need something done. From listings that have not hit the market, to interior designers to babysitters, Stevie’s ability to connect people has enabled her to become the original concierge realtor. Stevie is deeply involved in the Park Cities community. A graduate of Highland Park High School, Texas Tech University, and the University of North Texas, there is no one and nothing she doesn’t know! She has been involved with the Junior Leagues of Dallas, Lovers Land Methodist Church, Dallas Preservation Leagues, Turtle Creek Associations, Arlington Hall at Lee Park Member, East Dallas Historical Society, Preservation Park Cities, Dallas Film Festival, Swiss Avenue Historical Home Association, and Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
