Hey there! I'm Stevie Reedand these days I help people find their happy place in Seattle though my own story started pretty differently. I grew up in a small town on the east side of the Cascades where my childhood was filled with horses, wide-open spaces, and the kind of sunsets you can only get in Eastern Washington. Those early years taught me the true meaning of "home" – it's not just about the house, but the life you build there.

My biggest source of joy and inspiration? That would be my dogs. There's nothing like being greeted by wagging tails after a long day of showings, and I've learned some of my best life lessons from them: live in the moment, find joy in simple things, and overall just strive for that happy life. They remind me daily that home isn't just about having the perfect space – it's about creating a place where you and your loved ones can truly be yourselves.

When I'm not helping clients find their perfect home you'll find me in my workshop pursuing my passion for woodworking, or out exploring with my four-legged fan crew. There's something therapeutic about working with your hands whether that's crafting a custom piece of furniture or helping clients build their future. My love for animal wellness and nature weaves through everything I do – from knowing which neighborhoods have the best walking trails to understanding what makes a truly pet-friendly home.
