Her background spans everything from first-time homebuyers to strategic investments to luxury sales, giving her clients a well-rounded and informed perspective.

She graduated from the University of Washington, where she was a student-athlete and captain of the women’s soccer team. That experience still shows up in how she works today—team-oriented, competitive in the best way, and always willing to put in the extra effort to get the job done right. Real estate can be fast-moving and emotional, and Stine prides herself on being a steady, honest presence throughout the process.

At home, life is centered around her family and two kids. They love having people over, hosting gatherings, and making their home a place where everyone feels welcome.
