For over 40 years, Karen has shared her passion for all that Santa Barbara offers. She, along with her daughter Kara, specialize in the sale and purchase of single-family residences at all price levels throughout Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Summerland, Montecito and Goleta.

Prior to real estate sales, Karen supervised the title and escrow department of an extensive resort development in three areas of California. Her analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the loan process have proven extremely useful to her clients. She has leveraged this financial expertise to the benefit of both buyers and sellers.

Kara began her career in Real Estate in 2000 with a boutique real estate firm, where she learned the foundations of real estate business administration. She later transitioned to an Executive Assistant position for some of Santa Barbara's Top-Producing Real Estate Agents before branching out as an agent herself. Working closely with these top industry leaders enabled her to refine fundamental skills and garner the expertise necessary to develop her own rewarding real estate career. Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Kara's extensive knowledge of the area's many distinct neighborhoods is unparalleled. She is delighted to share the allure that each neighborhood offers and her clients have consistently sought her advice on which neighborhood would best fit their lifestyle.
