As Founder and President of Strough Associates, Scott quickly grew his company into the premiere Hamptons real estate boutique. He has numerous record sales within his portfolio and is easily the Hamptons' top development broker with over 36 subdivisions and communities managed and sold under his direction.

Formerly the Managing Broker of Strough Associates, Kathleen is widely recognized as one of the Hamptons' top-producing brokers. A few of her more notable properties include: 237 Gibson Lane, Morgan Hill Farm at Bridgehampton, Meadowlark 51, the Pasture at Lumber Lane, Cottage Living magazine’s “Idea House,” the Residences at Southampton Hills, and numerous others throughout the Hamptons.

Christian got his start in real estate working for his father's appraisal business over 15 years ago, where he learned the art of quantitative valuation by working on projects that included everything from forensic value review to facilitating jumbo loans, from Manhattan to the Hamptons. Christian has an ongoing roster of projects that include retail sales, multi unit subdivisions, spec buildings, and everything in between.

Neil likes working with people on things that truly matter to them. He believes there are few things more fundamental than the purchase or sale of one’s home or investment property. Consistently a top producer both regionally and nationally for the past fifteen years, He has coveted the top producer award for the past 3 years. Neil is known for his problem-solving skills as well as his penchant for providing outstanding service to his clients.
