Suad Krebber is a Colombian native who has proudly called Austin home since 2011. With over a decade of experience serving clients across Central and North Central Austin, Suad is known for her dedication, honesty, and deeply personal approach to real estate.

Before entering real estate, Suad built her foundation in customer service and tech sales, where she developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people make confident decisions. Her love for real estate began in 2012 after purchasing and renovating her first home — an experience that sparked her appreciation for design, functionality, and long-term investment strategy.

Suad works with a diverse range of clients, including first-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, local and international investors. Outside of real estate, Suad enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, her son Noah, and their dogs. As Brentwood residents, they love being able to walk to local favorites like The Peached Tortilla, Little Woodrow’s, Taco Flats, and Brentwood Social House. On weekends, you’ll often find them kayaking on Lady Bird Lake or hiking through St. Edward’s Park, the Bull Creek Greenbelt, or Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park.

Suad and her husband find their Brentwood neighborhood to be the perfect place to call home in Austin. They love being within walking distance of their favorite restaurant, The Peached Tortilla, along with neighborhood staples like Little Woodrow’s, Taco Flats, and Brentwood Social House.

When exploring the city, they enjoy grabbing coffee at places like Barrett’s Coffee, Houndstooth, and Epoch Coffee, brunching at Paperboy, Phoebe’s Diner, and Sawyer & Co., and dining out at local favorites such as Loro, Uchi, Odd Duck, Intero, Suerte, Fonda San Miguel, Matt’s El Rancho, and Launderette.

For outdoor time, they love kayaking on Lady Bird Lake, walking the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail, and spending weekends hiking with their dog at St. Edward’s Park, the Bull Creek Greenbelt, and Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. They also enjoy relaxing at Zilker Park, catching sunsets at Mount Bonnell, and exploring South Congress and East Austin for live music, local shops, and vibrant community energy.

Austin’s mix of nature, food, culture, and neighborhood charm is what continues to make it feel like home.
