We placed our Austin dream home on the market in the summer of 2017 with another agent and moved out of state with the expectation of having a quick sale. Six months and no offers later (!!), we removed the listing and ended our contract with our original agent. We had lost hope of ever finding a buyer. Suad presented us with a comprehensive plan for marketing our home and getting it SOLD.
