Sue Pelletier is committed to delivering an elevated real estate experience built on trust,
exceptional service, and genuine connection. She believes every client deserves thoughtful
guidance, clear communication, and an advocate who listens first, understands their goals, and
always acts in their best interest.
A lifelong North Shore resident, Sue combines deep local knowledge with firsthand experience living in Chicago after college and now serving clients throughout both the city and the North Shore. Her understanding of these diverse markets allows her to provide strategic insight and personalized guidance for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and proactive approach, Sue often anticipates her clients' needs before they arise. She is committed to making every transaction as seamless as possible, combining the personalized service of a boutique advisor with the innovative marketing, technology, and resources of Compass. By leveraging Compass' cutting-edge tools, she delivers exceptional results while never losing the human connection that defines her business.
At the heart of Sue's work are four core values: Integrity, Connection, Excellence, and Empowerment. These principles guide every relationship she builds and every decision she makes. Clients appreciate her compassionate, collaborative style, unwavering professionalism, and commitment to helping them make confident, informed decisions.
As a Certified Senior Advisor® and member of Compass Plus, Sue is uniquely qualified to help older adults and their families navigate important housing transitions, whether aging in place, rightsizing, or exploring senior living options. She understands that these decisions are often emotional as well as financial and provides knowledgeable guidance with patience, empathy, and care.
Sue's commitment to serving others extends well beyond real estate. She currently serves as President of the Hadley Woman's Board, supporting Hadley's mission of providing free programs and resources for adults adjusting to vision loss and blindness. She is also a founding member of the Executive Committee for the Winnetka Music Festival, helping grow the beloved community event from its inception more than a decade ago into one of the North Shore's signature summer festivals. Her leadership and community involvement reflect the same dedication, collaboration, and heart that she brings to every client relationship.
Whether you're purchasing your first home, searching for your forever home, downsizing, or preparing to sell a cherished family residence, Sue is dedicated to delivering an experience that is as rewarding as the outcome.
For Sue, real estate is about more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people move forward with confidence while building relationships that last well beyond the closing table.
