About Sunny
Sunny began her real estate career with American National Group in Beverly Hills, California.  American National encompassed a full range of real estate services, specializing in single family and apartment construction and management, in Southern and Northern California as well as Arizona. She reported directly to the CEO and gained invaluable knowledge in real estate development during her 8 years with the firm.
In 1985, she became an Independent Contractor, and worked with two developers of large apartment complexes in Southern California. This environment entailed all facets of development, from land acquisition and land entitlements, through construction completion and management of finished projects. 
In 1991 Sunny moved to Lahaina, Maui, and joined the real estate community specializing in Resort and Residential real estate island-wide. Before forming Maui Paradise Properties, LLC she was a member of Kapalua Realty Company for 8 years. Prior to that she owned Maui Paradise Properties as a sole proprietorship and was Principal Broker. 
Sunny and her husband Richard have both enjoyed a long career in real estate. Her off-time pursuits include entertaining family and friends, travel (the next scheduled bucket list trip is Galapagos!) golf, pickleball, scuba diving, and photography.
