Surinder Chinai

I am a Southern California realtor specializing in the sale, purchase, and lease of coast and desert properties. This includes residential (primary residences, second homes, and vacation homes) and commercial/investment properties. I obtained my California Real Estate License in 2004. I started my real estate career in the 1990’s, having first worked for a Canadian developer (Intracorp) on one of their award-winning residential projects, and then working as an independent realtor for Sutton West Coast Realty. Ever since then, I have remained connected to real estate whether in Canada or USA. I feel blessed to now live in both countries year-round and call them both “homes”. It is a dream come true! 

I was born and raised in Vancouver and moved to Los Angeles (West Side) in 2001 for a management career opportunity with Hilton Hotels. I hold a Hotel Planning and Design Certificate from Cornell University and a Hospitality Management Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I enjoy being an active participant in both dynamic industries - luxury real estate and luxury hospitality - by making a positive impact on people’s lives using my knowledge and experience. 

I have always been creative, analytical, and detail-oriented. Over the last few years, I have pleasantly discovered that I can use all these talents as a photographer. The genres I am most interested in are contemporary portraits, travel, architecture, and food & beverage.
