A Malibu resident for over thirty-five years along with twenty-five years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, Susan has a thorough knowledge of the Malibu region and beyond, having represented clients from Santa Barbara to Wilshire corridor, Eastside to Westside, Agoura, Calabasas, Westlake, Santa Monica, Venice and everywhere in between. A natural negotiator and excellent strategist, with a detail-oriented client-focused approach, Susan delivers results in a competitive and dynamic ever-evolving industry while upholding her cherished values that are the cornerstone of her business. It is not uncommon that real estate transactions often serve as the beginning or bookend for life’s chapters and Susan feels deeply honored to be able to play a small role in such a special moment.

She has been actively involved on the Board of Directors for the Malibu Association of Realtors for years and is currently serving as the 2025 President for the Board.

A wife and proud mother of six, Susan is deeply grateful to get to call Malibu her home and revels in the opportunity to share and celebrate the beautiful community with others. She finds much joy engaging in the natural beauty of Malibu. In her free time you can find her on her morning run at Zuma Beach, hiking, joining in on beach clean ups, or enjoying time with her family.
