"My husband and I recently listed our home in Fairway Pointe within the Broken Sound Country Club community with Susan Demerer from Boca Executive. After getting to know many of the Realtors in Boca over the last 6 years, we both clearly decided that Susan was the only one that we wanted to handle our listing. The other important item to me was the phenomenal website that Boca Executive has to drive Buyers to their website that I believe have about 400,000 hits per month that go to their site.
