Susan DeVine

Susan is a Realtor® with Compass and the third-generation of woman real estate investors in her family. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, Susan has executed numerous renovations and full-gut condo conversions. Susan thrives in an environment that connects consumers with the home of their dreams. On the home buying side, Susan has a keen eye that offers prospective buyers key insights into what their future home might look like and how to buy a home in today’s competitive market. On the listing side, she applies a business-savvy approach and expertise in all areas of home building to help clients bring their homes to life. 

Susan grew up in the Washington, DC metro area where she has experienced living in many different neighborhoods in the DMV. A graduate of the University of Richmond, prior to starting her career in real estate, Susan had a successful 32-year career in the Federal government. 

When Susan is not working, she and her husband Mike enjoy riding their bikes, visiting museums, the Kennedy Center, and local wineries, traveling, and greeting neighbors while porch-sitting with their Boxer puppy, Rocky, and kitten, Chloe.
