Susan oversees the day-to-day operations of the team and manages all real estate transactions. Susan graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Textile Science. The first 19 years of her career were in the Fashion Industry in New York City where she found great success and eventually owned her own textile sales agency representing several mills from around the world. Susan took that experience in sourcing deals and managing large transactions and parlayed it into a career in real estate seven years ago. For the past seven years, Susan has been Director of Operations for a team of agents in Long Island, New York before she decided to return home to Kansas City and join the Ray Homes KC team.
