The Susan Fitzgerald Team is an experienced, multi-million dollar team consistently recognized among the top real estate teams in the Philadelphia area.  Our team has specialized accreditation and expertise in down-sizing, move-up buyers, luxury homes and relocation, and staging. Serving buyers and sellers in the Philadelphia area and Main Line, including Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties. 

Education

Sue maintains the following specialized certifications as a Luxury Homes Specialist (certified by the American Luxury Home Council and The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing), as well as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS; certified by the Real Estate Business Institute).

Sue and Linda hold additional certification in Real Estate Negotiation (certified by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute).

Sue and Michele are also certified in Relocation (experienced working with some of the nations largest relocation companies including NEI and SIRVA).

Michele holds an MBA from James Madison University.  Sue graduated from Bucknell University with a BS in Business Administration (class of 1985).  Kim Cunningham Marren holds accreditation as an Associate Broker.
