Originally from Westchester, Susan graduated from the Tulane University Business School with a bachelor of science degree in management before launching her Wall Street career as a corporate bond broker. It's a profession she credits with forming her grace under pressure and her ability to interpret nuance in every conversation. Leveraging that background in her real estate work, Susan is both a dedicated service provider and a sharp negotiator who knows how to close deals while caring for clients.

Susan has lived in the West Village for over 30 years and is dedicated to giving back to the community through numerous organizations, including the City Harvest, Housing Works, Friends of the High Line, Greenwich Village Historical Society, The Packer Collegiate Institute, Village Community School and Tulane University.
