About Susan
Susan successfully operates as a Dual Licensed agent in The Hamptons and NYC. After a record breaking solo launch at another firm, Susan moved her business over to Compass in early 2022. She joined forces with Evan Kulman later that year, and the Kulman Harrison Team was born. They are consistently recognized by the Wall Street Journal as being in the top 1% of Real Estate Agents in the United States.
Susan began her career on Wall Street, at Goldman Sachs. Her vast experience working with ultra high net worth private clients gives her an invaluable edge in dealing with large and highly complex transactions while offering impeccable and discreet client service. After Goldman, Susan helped launch and lead the US fundraising effort as Director for Avestus Capital Partners (formerly Quinlan Private), a European Real Estate Private Equity firm.
Susan’s ability to see multiple sides of an issue to creatively solve a problem, coupled with her tenacity, exceptional diligence, and innate ability to understand her clients’ needs, has benefited her immensely in her career. She possesses a broad personal network of professional and social connections throughout all areas of New York City, and brings great energy, patience and trustworthiness to every relationship.
Susan spent 5 years in the Fitness & Wellness industry. In 2015, she founded her own small business, SusanSweats LLC, which provided bespoke events and business development expertise to hotels, corporations, fitness studios and individuals. She appeared on “Good Morning America” and has been NASM certified.
Susan graduated with Honors from the University of Michigan with a BA in Comparative Literature, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives between Southampton and the Upper East Side of Manhattan with her husband and twin boys who attend private school. In her spare time Susan loves fitness in all forms and playing golf.
