Susan Henkin brings a distinctive blend of real estate expertise and executive nonprofit leadership to her partnership with her husband Ed, a fourth-generation real estate professional serving South Florida and The Hamptons.
As Vice President of Edgehill Homes, Susan helped develop luxury single-family residences in Coral Gables and The Hamptons. Together with Ed, she shares a passion for understanding market trends and delivering exceptional concierge service.
With a decade of nonprofit executive leadership, most recently as Interim CEO of Palm Beach's Glazer Hall performing arts center, Susan has honed creative problem-solving, and relationship management skills that translate seamlessly to real estate client service. Her background in fundraising strategy, donor management, and organizational development provides unique insight into clients' complex needs during significant real estate decisions.
Susan and Ed raised their children in Coral Gables and now bring their hyper-local expertise to Palm Beach Gardens as part of South Florida’s Shelton Bernace Group at Compass.
