Susan Hoag

A native of Texas who was born and raised in Dallas, she didn’t take long to fall in love with Nashville when she and her husband moved there to be closer to their four adult children. As a lover of great food, friendly people, strong community, and fantastic music, she quickly and easily made a home in Music City. Now, she finds great joy in helping other people do exactly the same.

Having grown up with a Father in real estate, a Mother who was always designing or building, and a Grandfather who had a long career as a homebuilder, her choice to study interior design at Abilene Christian University surprised no one. Her decision to pursue a career as a REALTOR® was a similarly natural fit. She has spent the last 25 years heavily involved in various real estate projects with her husband Brandon. Her experiences have led her to collect a wealth of knowledge about every aspect of the business, from building a home from the ground up to expertly preparing a home for sale.

Her approach as a REALTOR® focuses on creating connections with people rather than just closing a deal. She is often described as the kind of person who has never met a stranger and truly values forming strong and lasting relationships. Her 25+ years of experience in buying, selling, designing, building, and remodeling give her a holistic understanding of the market and the industry, making her job as a REALTOR® exciting and rewarding. She aims to make the buying or selling process similarly positive for her clients, offering robust guidance in the Nashville areas exciting and fast-paced market.
