About Susan
Born and bred in Montclair, Susan ‘Sue’ Lovit possesses an unrivaled level of knowledge and passion for the markets which she serves that her clients describe as contagious. A graduate of Boston University, Sue has lived in countless metro areas from Boston, to Manhattan, to Los Angeles, and eventually returned to Glen Ridge where she and her husband considered to be the perfect place to raise their three children (and two dogs).

Sue’s breadth and depth of experience with old, new, and historic homes is complimented by her impressive local network and eye for detail. When preparing a home for market, Sue works hand-in-hand with not only her client, but stagers and contractors in order to ensure that the absolute top dollar is fetched for her client’s most valuable asset. When working with buyers, Sue provides personalized town tours and furnishes her clients with premium vendors and local business recommendations which enable them to immediately immerse themselves in their new community.
