About Susan
Susan Martins-Phipps has been a R.I. Licensed Agent since 1978, a RI Certified, Residential Appraiser since 1993, and a Massachusetts Licensed agent since 2009. She has a B.A. from Providence College, an MEd from Rhode Island College, and graduate work in Holistic Counseling from Salve Regina University.
Susan has taught real estate classes on the state and national levels.
Her primary focus has been residential sales and appraisals and is consistently on the top 5 Sales teams on the West Passage.
Currently, Susan is on the Rhode Island Appraisal Board, Chair of the RIAR Government Affairs Committee, and former Chair, current member of the RIAR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She has served on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of The Appraisal Foundation (TAF), was the National Chair, current member, of the Real Property Valuation Committee of The National Association of RealtorsĀ® (NAR), and served on the NARĀ® Fair Housing Committee.
