A third-generation Realtor with more than 25 years of experience in Southwest Florida, Susan Owens is a passionate and driven savvy businesswoman and seasoned expert on the Gulf coast culture, lifestyle, current happenings, and real estate market. Her expertise is shared with her business partner of over ten years, her nephew, David Jablonski, representing the fourth generation of family Realtors. Together, they are the core of The Owens-Jablonski Team. Susan and David represent buyers, sellers and investors of luxury existing and pre-construction properties throughout Collier and Lee Counties. Their focus is on beachfront and golf course homes and condominiums in Naples, Bonita Springs, Barefoot Beach, Fort Myers Beach, and Estero.

With a BBA from The University of Michigan Ross School of Business, an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, and licensed as an NASD stockbroker, Susan worked for The Related Companies wholesaling real estate limited partnerships to national stock brokerage firms. As her career advanced, Susan earned industry awards before returning to her Alma Mater to teach Marketing Management to MBA students.

Her unique background encompassing sales, marketing, investments and education, serves as a powerhouse foundation for her success in real estate. She balances interpersonal connection, data analysis, fierce negotiating and inventive marketing strategies to elevate the home buying or selling experience. Susan’s mission is to bring her clients’ real estate dreams to life, and her successful track record in a diversity of industries is a testament to her ability to deliver.

Susan’s personal joys include spending time and traveling with her family, contributing to her community as the President of Bayfront Gardens HOA, acting as a committee member of Barefoot Beach Master Association, serving on the Board of Directors of TheatreZone, and volunteering for Imagine Solutions conferences. Susan is also on tennis and bocce teams, occasionally plays golf, and loves walking Barefoot Beach to meet friends at Doc's Beach House.
