Susan Pearce

Susan believes in providing the highest level of personal and professional service to her clients. She is committed to making the experience of buying and selling the property as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. After a career teaching Early Childhood, Susan started as a residential real estate agent, in 1996 until 2004. She went on to become a Managing Broker. She returned to being a residential real estate agent as an owner in 2009. Susan participates fully in the real estate community.

Susan been a Director of the Denver Board of Realtors® and chaired many committees at the Denver Board of Realtors® including; Government Affairs, Land Use, and the Zoning Code Task Force. She qualified thirteen times for the Round Table of Excellence Award and been a multiple-year recipient of the 5280 Five Star Realtor® Award. Susan always believed in being active in the community. She been citywide PTSA President and Vice‐President, Cofounder of Steele School Plus, a member of various district and school committees, and a youth soccer coach. She is currently serving her second term on the Denver City Planning Board.

A native of Tulsa Oklahoma, with Colorado roots, she attended Oklahoma State University and The University of Colorado (Boulder) with majors in English and Secondary Education. She later attended Metropolitan State College for additional certification in Early Childhood Education. She been a full-time Denver resident since 1977.
