As a human resources executive, trainer and executive coach, She has consulted hundreds of firms in numerous industries throughout the United States and abroad to enhance executives ́ business management capabilities. She has supervised complex projects and lead million-dollar national projects involving thousands of clients and team members. For example, for one corporation involving multiple companies, she lead the development and implementation of the entire corporation's Performance Management system--from strategic planning to detailed implementation and training. Most of her business life has focused on how to communicate ideas and present products in compelling ways, something she enjoys immensely, whether that product is a tangible one, like a home, or a more esoteric one, like a corporate value or principle of business operation. Prior to corporate life, she studied Industrial Organizational Psychology and Business Management at GA Tec in a Doctoral program after completing her undergraduate degree at Emory University.

A native Georgian and Atlanta resident for over 25 years, Susan is a knowledgeable homeowner and investor, with insight into the art and science of making sound real estate decisions. During her time off, Susan practices yoga and enjoys the outdoors. She is the proud mother of three rescued youngsters, a Plott hound named Sugar, an Aussie Poo who adopted her by showing up and sleeping on her front porch, Carly (named after her late and great father Carl) and a serious little mutt aptly named Lucy.
