"I have had the immense pleasure of working with Susan Shorett who was my realtor on the selling of my property and the buying of my new property. Susan knows the market, recognized what I was looking for and was always available to help me with whatever I needed. Susan went over and above in her quality of service from what I would expect from a real estate agent. I will continue to use Susan Shorett for any of my real estate transactions. I would not go with another realtor even if they offered to charge me 0% commission. That is how fabulous Susan Shorett is. I have recommended Susan to many people and will continue to do so as everyone deserves the same great service that I received." - Deborah

About Susan
Real estate is where tradition meets change. She understands the value of community, the individual and unique neighborhoods, and current market conditions for and buying homes.

Susan enjoys helping her clients make their next . She spends a lot of time educating her clients about the market and the different homes they might be interested in. Houses are always exciting and fun to explore! Each holds a history behind the walls and she finds it a challenge to match the home with its next steward.

Her family also has long time ties to Edmonds and Kingston. Her great-great-uncle was well-known Arthur Loveless who built notable homes in some of Seattle’s earliest neighborhoods.

It was through her family that she her passion for history and vintage homes. In 2005, she undertook a “Rehab Addict” renovation of a 1901 log home.
