Susan Solliday

Susan Solliday is a co-founder of Luxe Client Group and a licensed Arizona REALTOR holding the NCIDQ certification, the highest credential in professional interior design. With more than 30 years at the intersection of luxury real estate, interior design, and transactional practice, she brings a perspective to her clients that most agents in this market have not built: one grounded equally in design intelligence, legal and escrow experience, and the producer's command that comes from years of directing showhouse events and managing complex, high-stakes environments.

Before dedicating herself full-time to real estate, Susan worked in law firms and escrow, and across every level of real estate from raw land assemblage through new construction. She also spent years producing designer showhouses and gala events for nonprofits across the Phoenix area, recruiting and directing some of the Valley's most accomplished designers and delivering finished environments that required the same precision and coordination as a complex transaction. Real estate, when it claimed her, was a natural extension of work she was already doing.

As a co-founder of Luxe Client Group, Susan leads a team where both principals hold NCIDQ certification alongside active Arizona real estate licenses, a combination that does not exist on any other team in their primary markets. With over $128 million in combined sales across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Central Phoenix, and the East Valley, that credential foundation shapes how the team prepares listings, evaluates properties for buyers, and advises on the design and preparation decisions that determine whether a transaction performs or merely closes.

She is a past President of the ASID Arizona North Chapter, a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS Guild), a Certified Negotiation Expert, a LEED Green Associate, and holds the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation. She is a longtime North Central Phoenix resident, a mother of four, currently serving on the Board of the North Central Phoenix Homeowners Association, and an active community volunteer with involvement in JDRF, Junior League of Phoenix, and Brophy College Prep.
