Alissa Mansfield

A Nashville native with deep family roots in the area, Alissa brings both local knowledge and a passion for people to her work in real estate. After earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Tennessee, she worked in higher education before discovering her calling in real estate. She loves guiding clients through one of life’s biggest transitions — whether buying a dream home, planning for the future, or selling to begin a new chapter. In addition to serving buyers and sellers, Alissa brings experience working with investors and personally owns several rental properties, giving her valuable insight into the investment side of the market.

As a natural connector and true “Enneagram 2,” Alissa thrives on serving others and making the process seamless and personal. She and her husband are raising their three children in Forest Hills, where they enjoy the balance of family life, travel, and community involvement. When she’s not with clients, you’ll find her reading, cooking, entertaining, or volunteering at her church and children’s schools.
