Susan Verstegen Nolop

Coming from a real estate family, Susan Verstegen Nolop is delighted to be following in her family’s footsteps. She has lived in Carnegie Hill for over 30 years and has served over 20 years on the board of her cooperative apartment building, making her very familiar with board packages and the board approval process. Susan spent over 20 years in marketing with the Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where she led the team that developed Huggies Pull Ups, and with the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she managed a $500 million business. Adept with numbers and with exceptional attention to detail, Susan is known for her integrity and discretion.

Raised in Wisconsin, Susan has an MBA in marketing from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in business and French from the University of Wisconsin. Along with her husband, Susan has raised and educated two sons in NYC, and is very familiar with the NYC private school system.
