Susana has been an active real estate professional since 2002 and specializes in residential home sales, short sales, and bank-owned property. She understands the importance of maintaining her values and work ethic, with an honest and enthusiastic attitude.

Susana was born and raised in Baja California, in Mexico, and studied International Business at the Universidad Regional Del Norte before migrating to California in search of her MBA. After settling down and getting married in San Diego, CA.

Susana focused on developing her sales skills for an international clothing company and real estate. In 2002 real estate market presented many opportunities and she began listing and marketing homes throughout Central and North San Diego County.
