With nearly a decade of experience, Monica Morales is a rising force in Middle Tennessee’s real estate landscape. Born and raised in Los Angeles, she was immersed in the world of real estate from a young age through her father, a contractor and realtor. His background in construction and home flipping became the blueprint for her own career. In 2016, Monica officially launched her real estate journey in Tennessee, quickly earning a reputation as a trusted advisor for investors, developers, first-time homebuyers, and seasoned clients alike—across both residential and commercial sectors.
