"Selling a property should be straight forward. It needs a seller who wants to sell and a buyer who wants
to buy... alright maybe a couple of potential buyers and an amazing real estate agent who is willing to
deal with those buyers. In our case it was 100 folds more complicated. We had a terrible tenant with
one of the worst active leases you have ever seen, a couple of first right of refusals overlapping and a
couple of other parties involved just for the fun of it. Clearly, one of the messiest deals you can come up
with. However, Susanna sailed through and/or around all the obstacles that would inadvertently pop up
almost daily. Moreover, she did that with grace and she has never lost her patience and/or behaved
