Susanna has over 8 years helping Bay Area buyers and sellers of real estate. Her experience in both real estate and property management has helped her serve diverse clients including home sellers, first-time home buyers, experienced home buyers, and real estate investors.

Her approach prioritizes analyzing the client’s needs and customizing the strategy for selling or buying to maximize the benefit for the client. She also takes the time to provide expert market insights to her clients when needed.

Susanna strongly believes that ethics, morals, and smooth orderly transactions are her foundation for growing the business. Her clients are often the ones bringing her referrals or providing repeat business, which she mostly relies on rather than advertising.

She grew up in both China and the United States which gave her a valuable multi-lingual capability and unique insights which made her successful at helping both American and foreign clients. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
