"Susi is THE person you want to work with when listing your home. My husband and I met Susi through a recommendation and we are so appreciative for everything she did for us. For our first meeting, Susi presented us with a PowerPoint presentation outlining how she will work with us (weekly calls, email recaps after open houses, phone & email communication, etc), what she's seeing in the industry, what she's seeing in our neighborhood, what upgrades we should do to our home INCLUDING a sample of colors she recommends for paint and expectation setting for the entire process. She followed through on her word, writing us after every open house with how many people attended, feedback on the house, expectations on who may put in an offer and more. Susi also saved us a lot of money in upgrades, providing her expert eye and telling us what buyers care about. We made some small simple updates (changed paint color, fixed tile. updated lighting) and provided us with a list of professionals we could work with to accomplish our home updates. The recommendation she used for staging turned out to not be the best fit for our home, with the staging being a bit too modern. Susi saw this and informed us immediately and not only did she spend HER time correcting the issue (bringing in her own home goods to bring in warmth) AND she negotiated a discount for us. Again, she saved us money! When we received our offer she presented it to us immediately and gave us her recommendations. She was always professional but also so warm and friendly that you'd want to spend hours just chatting with her.
