About Susy
Susy launched her real estate career in 2002, driven by her Cuban-American
upbringing and early dream of homeownership—achieved by age 18. Over the
past two decades, she has dedicated herself to helping others reach that
same milestone.
As a licensed broker and instructor, Susy has coached and developed agents
to reach peak performance. During her two-year leadership at the Boca Raton
office with Compass, she strengthened top-tier teams. She now oversees
operations across South Miami, Coral Gables, and Pinecrest—three of Miami’s
most prestigious and high-demand luxury markets—working alongside the
industry’s most successful agents.
Earlier in her career, as Managing Broker, she transformed her office into
one of the nation’s top-performing branches—earning Presidents Council
honors three years in a row, and distinguishing herself as one of the top
100 real estate brokers nationwide.
