Suzanna Martinez

Suzanna Martinez knows the real estate process. As a former private money lender and a continuing student of the California Association of Realtors contract library, she understands the financial, contractual, and operational elements of a real estate transaction. Throughout her experience in the real estate business, she has provided real estate knowledge and advisory services to her clients in the Southern California and Silicon Valley markets.

A graduate of the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Suzanna brings an analytical and organizational viewpoint and a fiduciary duty to her valued clients. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she honed her business skills by holding various positions in the fields of business development, marketing and public relations.

As a team agent with the Marc Hernandez Group at Compass, Beverly Hills, Suzanna leverages her real estate expertise, negotiation acumen, and client service skills to benefit her clients. She covers a wide array of cities and neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Century City, Cheviot Hills, Hollywood, Malibu, Santa Monica, Silver Lake, West Hollywood, and Westwood to name a few. Having grown up in the Bay Area, she has served and continues to serve clients in the nine county San Francisco Bay area.

In addition to serving her clients, Suzanna enjoys giving back to the community. She has been an ongoing contributor to Saloni Heart Foundation and continues to donate a percentage of her real estate compensation to charity. Suzanna primarily lives in Los Angeles, close to her twin daughters, both emerging artists in music, film and television. She enjoys fitness, dancing, personal development and travel.
