Suzanne Carney

Real estate transactions are not a minor decision.  They can be complicated and full of surprises.  Closing requires certainty, determination and focus.  Suzanne sees how every clients is making a significant life change.  It's a big decision and a long process and usually - in some way - it's emotional.  Leaving a home you know so well but it's time to move on, or finding a house you love and putting the parts together to make it happen. She knows what it looks like and what it takes and she has (not only) an understanding of her clients but a respect for what that kind of trust actually takes. 

She focuses on facts, seeing patterns and providing options that mitigate risk.  Good advice is great but it requires a trust in the person giving it.  Her approach is simple: first, try and understand who her clients are and how they feel, then guide them to where they want to land, making the process as smooth, direct, and seamless as possible.

Originally from Chicago, Suzanne now lives in Los Angeles, splitting her time between her home in Silverlake with her cats and her husband's home in Topanga with their dogs.  She's delighted to have joined the Compass Hollywood team.
