As an active Realtor in Washington, DC and Maryland since 2001, Suzanne has sold real estate following 9/11, through previous election cycles, through the Recession, and during heated competitive up market cycles. In the early years, Suzanne concentrated on "up and coming" areas. Many of these neighborhoods that she has listed and sold in for over sixteen years have enormously appreciated in value since she began encouraging investors and home owners to buy in them.
Suzanne's current business focuses on listing houses, condos, and co-ops in historic downtown DC neighborhoods. She project manages the presentation from the very early stages, including identifying a budget and strategy for achieving the target price point, recommending contractors and coordinating the prep for sale. Suzanne pays attention to nuances in the market, such as level of inventory, that affect pricing strategy. Her goal is always to sell your property within the shortest amount of time, at the best price, with the best terms.
Although Suzanne spends most of her time on the listing side, she enjoys working with a limited number of buyers at a time, all over the District.
