As an active Realtor in Washington, DC and Maryland since 2001, Suzanne has sold real estate following 9/11, through previous election cycles, through the Great Recession, and during heated competitive up market cycles.
Suzanne's current business focuses on listing houses, condos, and co-ops in historic downtown DC neighborhoods and close in Maryland, at all price points.
A dedicated expert in understanding real estate market data and trends, Suzanne pays attention to nuances in the market, such as level of inventory, that affect pricing and marketing strategy. This is essential for sellers to price right, as well as for buyers in negotiating scenarios.
As a listing agent, she project manages the presentation from the very early stages, including identifying a budget and strategy for achieving the target price point, recommending contractors and coordinating the prep for sale. With Compass' Concierge program, she is able to help her seller clients get projects done prior to listing, to maximize value, and pay later out of the proceeds of the sale, with no fees or interest.
Although Suzanne spends most of her time on the listing side, she enjoys working with a limited number of buyers at a time, all over the District of Columbia, as well as in Takoma Park, Mount Rainier, Hyattsville, and other communities in Maryland along the Route One corridor.
