About Suzanne

Having nearly 20 years of experience as a real estate agent, and living and working in Long Beach for almost 34 years, Suzanne has an extensive knowledge of the greater Long Beach area including the various neighborhoods. She knows what each has to offer and is familiar with schools, restaurants and shopping, park-space, activities, and other community assets. Her role also takes her outside of the greater Long Beach area, including Orange County, LA, the San Gabriel Valley, and the San Bernardino Mountain areas.

With her full-service approach, she provides guidance to her clients in the sometimes-tricky process of buying and selling. She listens to her clients’ needs and concerns, and she always keeps her clients' best interests in mind. She advises her sellers on how to get their properties ready for market and provides necessary data for strategic pricing. For both her sellers and buyers, she negotiates the best terms possible, offers her expertise during the inspection phase, and advocates for her clients. Suzanne moved to Long Beach to attend CSULB where she received a BA and MA in applied anthropology. She worked in the field of behavioral health research and evaluation at CSULB for over a decade before she transitioned to the field of real estate. However, she implements many of the skills she gained previously into her position as a real estate agent. She currently lives with her husband who is a Long Beach high school teacher, and she has three young-adult sons all who are currently attending college. While work and family life keeps her very busy, she also enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.
