Suzanne Sandbank

Qualifying for the "Rookie Award" by the Westchester County Board of Realtors in just her first year, Suzanne showed her talent as an accomplished real estate professional from the very beginning. Very thorough, project oriented and known amongst her friends and colleagues as a great listener, Suzanne realized that a career in real estate was her calling while searching for her own home. Whether working with sellers or viewing properties and negotiating, she brings a high level of enthusiasm and dedication that is rewarding and fulfilling for all her clients. Prior to joining Compass Real Estate, Suzanne enjoyed a 30-year career as a Hair and Make-up Artist in Film and Television where creativity, a personable approach and confidence were her hallmarks. From her work on "Born on the Fourth of July" to becoming the Hair and Make-up Artist of choice for many accomplished actors, her ability to work with and reassure a demanding clientele continue to be Suzanne's trademark in the real estate industry.

Her ability to think creatively and problem solve serve her well in Real Estate. Suzanne’s creative background serves her client’s well as she has a keen understanding of staging and maximizing a home’s potential when presenting a property for sale.

Her own experience of transforming two fixer-uppers as well as designing and over- seeing the construction of two of her own homes, gives Suzanne’s buyer clients an edge when looking at the potential of properties for sale. Suzanne is a full time resident of East Hampton and enjoys water sports including sea-kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, as well as teaching yoga. Suzanne is also fluent in German.
