About Suzanne

Suzanne Armstrong, affectionately known as “Suzy,” brings over two decades of real estate expertise to Compass, enriched by her background in interior design. A Greenwich resident for 35 years, Suzy specializes in the Southern Fairfield County area, including Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, and Westport. She is a Vassar College and New York School of Interior Design alumna who transitioned from a 12-year successful interior design career to real estate in 2005. Her decorating skills prove invaluable in staging homes for sale and visualizing potential transformations in new spaces.

Suzy's Greenwich journey started when she moved from Manhattan in 1990 to marry her husband. She raised two children in the esteemed Greenwich public school system and is actively involved in local charities like Meals on Wheels, The American Red Cross, Christ Episcopal Church, the YWCA, TLC Sweet Souls Pet Rescue, and the Greenwich Riding and Trails Association. In her leisure time, Suzy enjoys playing Pickleball, practicing yoga, reading, cooking, and walking with her three dogs. Her own transition from city to suburban life informs her empathetic approach to helping clients navigate similar changes, ensuring they feel at home in their new community.

Before joining Compass in Spring 2020, Suzy spent 15 years at Coldwell Banker, where she achieved recognition in the top 4% of agents in the U.S. Suzy is known for her patience, dependability, and dedication to her clients, working tirelessly with a 24/7 ethic. Her passion for family and home life has earned her the nickname “Suzy Homemaker” among friends and colleagues.
