Svitlana Creadon

At the age of 20, Svitlana created a new life for herself by leaving her home in Western Ukraine to move across the world to Chicago. After settling into her new neighborhood on Chicago's near west side, she attended Loyola University and obtained a B.A. in Management. This compliments her B.A. in International Business from the Ivano-Frankivsk National University of Oil and Gas.

As Svitlana began her career, she focused on helping others and being a problem-solver. Her professional experience includes event planning, business administration and client services. Her global perspective, talent for negotiation and aptitude for math are among her core strengths.

Svitlana's life experience has given her an appreciation for diversity, and a passion for helping those in need. She volunteers at St. Clement Church and the Ronald McDonald .

As a real estate professional, Svitlana is absolutely dedicated to helping her clients succeed. She understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful process. Svitlana puts clients at ease by being patient, responsive and pleasant to work with. She provides her clients with detailed information and advice, empowering them to make the best decisions.

Svitlana has special market expertise in the neighborhoods of Roscoe Village, Ukrainian Village and the surrounding area. She works with home buyers, home sellers, property investors and international relocations. Svitlana is multi-lingual, speaking English, Ukrainian and Russian.

In her free time, Svitlana enjoys exploring Chicago neighborhoods and trying new restaurants. She is an avid traveler, and enjoys active recreation such as hiking and horseback riding. She enjoys following the financial news and reading Bloomberg and The Economist. Most of all, Svitlana enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and having adventures with her family.
