About Sylvia

Sylvia has worked in the real estate industry in Boston since 2015. Her primary focus is in high-end luxury development. She has experience with brownstone redevelopment, ground-up construction, investment properties, rentals, and also property management. She officially joined the Bayley & Natoli Team at Compass in 2023 after having worked closely with Will and Colin over the years.

Sylvia grew up surrounded by real estate and she always knew this was the industry for her. She is passionate about design, art, furniture, and has a great understanding and appreciation for the City of Boston.
